What if I fail the Idaho real estate exam? +
- If you fail one section (national or state), you only retake the section you failed.
- You must pay the exam fee again for each retake attempt.
- You must pass both sections within 12 months of completing your education.
- There is no limit on the number of retake attempts within that 12-month window.
