Idaho Real Estate Classes: What to Expect
Idaho requires 90 hours of approved prelicense education before you can sit for the state real estate exam. At Idaho Online Real Estate Academy, you can complete that coursework entirely online through self-paced classes — that means no fixed class times, no live Zoom sessions, and no attendance schedule to manage. You study when it works for you, and motivated students finish in three to six weeks.
Our course packages range from $719 to $1,019 depending on how much exam prep, practice tools, and career support you want included. Every package covers the full 90-hour requirement set by the Idaho Real Estate Commission. The difference between tiers is the level of extras built in — not whether you’ll meet the state’s education requirement.
After completing your coursework, the next steps are passing the Idaho real estate exam through PearsonVue, completing a fingerprint-based background check, and submitting your license application. We walk you through each step so you’re not left figuring out the process on your own.
