Terrific class. We had an enthusiastic, engaging instructor in Barb Laws, and a weekend schedule that caters to those of us who work during the week. Haven't taken the license exam yet, but key concepts are hard-wired into my brain because of the targeted repetition and I feel well prepared. Module 1 is intended as an introductory class in real estate. After completing this class you will be well on your way to getting your Idaho Real Estate License.
Module 2 covers the knowledge in the listings, selling, buying and closing of residential property. The aim is to prepare students to enter the real estate business and take on transactions.
Completion of modules 1 & 2 will satisfy the educational requirements for a real estate license in Idaho.
To get your Idaho real estate license, you need to:
– Complete Modules 1 & 2 of the prelicense classes (what we offer)
– Be 18 Years or older
– High School Graduate
– U.S. Resident
IT Requirements for taking remote classes via Zoom, you will need:
