Idaho LAUNCH & Next Steps Idaho: Use IdahoWorks Funding to Become a Real Estate Agent
Eligible Idaho residents — working adults and graduating high school seniors — may receive state grant support that reduces approved real estate pre-licensing costs, subject to program rules and available funds.

Awards and eligibility depend on state rules and available funding. Other fees apply in getting a real estate license outside of education.
†Funds may have to be repaid if you leave the program before finishing, are dismissed for unsatisfactory progress, or move out of Idaho. Leaving for a job related to your training is an exception. Official program rules.
