Idaho Online Real Estate Academy is the first real estate school in Idaho accepted as an approved provider in the Idaho LAUNCH program. Eligible Idaho residents — working adults and graduating high school seniors — may receive state grant support that covers up to 80% of tuition.

- No repayment required. Adults must commit to working in Idaho for 1 year after completion.
