– Each Module is a 45 Hour Online Class via Zoom taught over 2 weekends
– Finish your Idaho real estate license prelicense education over 5 weekends (one week off)
– 10 Student Minimum (class credit or refund options available)
– Meets all Idaho Real Estate Commission (IREC) requirements for prelicense education
– We are an Idaho Real Estate School accredited through IREC

Inclusive of 2 Textbooks, 45 Hours of Instruction & Class Outline
Module 1 is intended as an introductory class in real estate. After completing this class you will be well on your way to getting your Idaho Real Estate License.
Module 2 covers the knowledge in the listings, selling, buying and closing of residential property. The aim is to prepare students to enter the real estate business and take on transactions.
Completion of modules 1 & 2 will satisfy the educational requirements for a real estate license in Idaho.
To get your Idaho real estate license, you need to:
– Complete Modules 1 & 2 of the prelicense classes (what we offer)
– Be 18 Years or older
– High School Graduate
– U.S. Resident
IT Requirements for taking remote classes via Zoom, you will need:
– A stable Internet connection & device (other than a phone)
– Mic & Camera
– Distraction free study area
